BORG5 recruitment is different because of our relaxed and simplistic objective approach aimed at making sure we are a good fit for one another. We’re trying to find out what you know and what you want to do.
The first step of the process is to introduce you to what we do, to find out more about you and what you would like to do. It is a friendly short conversation without any technical questions from us though you can ask as much as you need to help you understand what we offer. If we agree, we then proceed to the technical interview, we do this a little different to other companies…
Before the technical interview, we share the questions and scenarios we’re going to cover.
Why?
We are trying to find what you know, how you prepare for the meeting and most importantly how you are able to share your knowledge. After covering the questions we asked you to prepare we can then show you the roles we are considering and introduce you to the type of work and your role in supporting us in that team. Changing service demands as well as technology advances means change and so learning will be constant in any role with us. Once you’re comfortable in your role, we offer you the option to take vendor certification such as CCNA, supported by BORG5.
